Today, I write with a purpose much greater than hoping to offer the perspective of a police officer and create positive discussion about policing in 2019.
Today, I am asking for help.
A friend in need is a friend indeed they say.
When I started this website, blog, whatever you want to call it, I had multiple reasons for starting it.
- Help quell the negativity often echoed throughout social media and society that solely paints our police officers in a bad light that ultimately makes their job more dangerous.
- Write and share my thoughts, my perspective as a way of therapy having been in law enforcement for over 12 years, I carry a burden that will likely be with me forever. Writing helps get things out, helps me feel like I’m helping others through the sharing of my experiences.
- If ever possible, through any means derived from my efforts writing articles on this website and social media following, help officers and charities financially.
Unfortunately, the time has come that someone needs help.
He is currently a Dallas Police Sergeant, who is nothing short of an exemplary officer and community member.

If you have any questions, concerns, or want to help in anyway, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
As always, thank an officer today.
And thank you for your help and following.
